Teachers College的Technology, Media and Learning MA是32学分、校内授课的跨学科项目，把learning science、media and culture、technology design与game-based learning纳入同一学位。学生在Media, Culture & Society、Design of Learning Technologies或Design of Games for Learning三个方向中选择路径；现行结构由三个旧硕士项目整合而来。
项目关注人如何借助媒体和技术学习、设计如何塑造学习环境，以及文化和制度如何影响技术应用。共同训练覆盖learning、design、computing及media/culture，随后通过concentration建立深度。它适合希望从事教育技术设计、learning experience、research、游戏化学习或媒体与教育研究的申请人。
共32学分，包括MSTU 4000、跨关键领域9学分foundations、TML以外6学分、方向课程以及最终学期的MSTU 4900 Integrative Project。Media, Culture & Society延续原Communication and Education；Design of Learning Technologies聚焦学习环境与系统；Design of Games for Learning聚焦教育游戏设计。官网强烈建议实习或fieldwork。
申请人须具备学士学位或同等资格，官网未设置特定本科专业、GPA门槛或统一先修课。申请含statement of purpose、resume、两封推荐信和成绩材料；非英语母语申请人还需video essay。美国以外取得的学位必须通过WES、ECE或TEC完成course-by-course evaluation。
英语要求为旧制TOEFL 100或新版5.0、IELTS 7.0、Duolingo 130，代码2905，MyBest可接受；符合规定的英语授课学位可申请豁免。当前项目不要求GRE。由于海外学历申请阶段必须提交指定机构的course-by-course evaluation，成绩认证分类为Required。
Fall 2027 priority和final均为2027-01-15，没有当前春季入口或延长期。项目共32学分，可全日制或非全日制就读。2026/27每学分$2,216，32学分基础学费约$70,912，另收每学期$538 college fee和其他费用，未外推下一学年费率。
根据方向，毕业生可进入learning experience/instructional design、education technology、game and interactive media design、media research、UX research、文化与公共机构、policy或博士研究。现行官网没有发布该MA统一就业率、薪资或保证性岗位数据，因此不补写未经核验的数字。
申请时应先选定一个方向，再用具体项目证明跨学科能力。设计类申请人应说明用户、学习目标、迭代与评估；研究类申请人应提出可研究的问题与方法；游戏方向应说明机制如何服务学习而非只强调娱乐。所有申请人都应说明Integrative Project希望解决的现实问题。
先修课程
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. No specific undergraduate major, GPA threshold or prerequisite course is published for the current MA. Applicants select and explain fit with one of the three concentrations.
TOEFL
最低要求：Min 100 官网原文：TOEFL iBT 100 on the old scale or 5.0 on the scale introduced in January 2026 for applicants who must demonstrate English proficiency; MyBest scores are accepted.
IELTS
最低要求：Min 7 官网原文：IELTS Academic 7.0 minimum; Duolingo English Test 130 is also accepted. Teachers College may waive testing for a qualifying bachelor's or graduate degree completed where English was the sole official language of instruction.
GRE / GMAT
