Applicants from economics, public policy, public health, political science, data science and statistics are encouraged. A strong quantitative foundation is recommended, together with foundational economics or related coursework, evidence of mathematical or statistical preparation, and readiness for rigorous quantitative study. SAS, Stata or R experience is preferred but not required.
TOEFL
最低要求：Waived 官网原文：TOEFL iBT minimum 100 on the 0–120 scale; for tests taken after January 21, 2026, minimum 5.0 on the new 1–6 scale. A qualifying English-taught undergraduate degree may satisfy the requirement; case-by-case waiver requests are also available after application submission.

GRE / GMAT

Required: applicants who studied outside the United States and English-speaking Canada must submit a WES course-by-course evaluation directly to SOPHAS or HAMPCAS. The program page also states that transcripts not in English or not on a 4.0 scale require WES or ECE processing.
