MA in Communication

先修课程

A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution or equivalent international credential and a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale are required. The programme is designed for working professionals and does not publish prerequisite communication courses.

TOEFL

Required: submit either an individually authored final paper from prior coursework relevant to communication, or a one-page response to the programme prompt about how communication professionals' needs and expectations may change over the next five to ten years. No co-authored/group paper is accepted.

项目时长

The professional MA requires 10 courses/30 credits and is commonly completed in 12–24 months, with up to five years allowed. It is available online, on campus in Washington, D.C., or in a mixed format.
