A four-year U.S. bachelor's degree or equivalent 16 years of education is required; an eligible three-year degree must be combined with a one-year postgraduate diploma or other graduate degree. Applicants must have completed computing and statistics preparation. Calculus and linear-algebra prerequisites were removed, although quantitative readiness remains part of holistic review.

TOEFL

GRE / GMAT

Not required: applicants may upload unofficial transcripts, including scans of non-U.S. transcripts and degree certificates. Original official records are required after admission. WES/ECE/IERF may be used as one acceptable translation resource but no external course-by-course evaluation is mandatory.

Writing Sample

Current application components include a $125 fee, current resume, one required essay and one optional essay, transcripts, professional and/or academic recommendations, English evidence where applicable, and an invitation-only live virtual interview. No separate academic writing sample or portfolio is listed.

项目时长

Full-time in San Francisco. The comprehensive-exam plan is 44 units from August through July (12 months); the thesis plan is 50 units from August through the following December (17 months). Both include the practicum, and the thesis plan adds final thesis-preparation and completion terms.
