学术方向与项目定位
项目核心是把probability and stochastic processes、derivatives pricing、portfolio and risk management与computing结合。Fall侧重数学基础和金融市场，Winter与Spring深入统计风险、回归、组合理论、期权定价、fixed income和foreign exchange derivatives；Summer可选择Project Lab或internship，final Fall用更多选修和concentration完成专业化。
课程结构与培养方式
学位共1,250 units：250 core、100 computing、900 electives。2026–27线下核心为FINM 34000 Probability and Stochastic Processes、FINM 33000 Options、FINM 36700 Portfolio and Risk Management。学生还需完成计算课程与大量选修，并可通过degree concentrations形成细分方向。官网说明课程按quarter递进，part-time学生也应先修基础课再进入高级应用。

All applicants need strong mathematics and at minimum successful coursework in multivariable calculus, linear algebra and probability. Some computer-programming ability is required, ideally C++, Python or another object-oriented language. Relevant work experience is encouraged and considered, but applicants without work experience are also admitted.
TOEFL
